Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to ship. Orders placed on Fridays after 12 pm will ship out on the following Monday.
Free shipping on orders over $100
Our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are inspected before they are sent out. Please carefully inspect your products upon delivery. Refunds for damaged goods during shipping will only be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds and Replacements
TokeTown USA wishes to provide you with the best experience with our products. You have 48 hours from the time your order has been delivered to contact us with any issues.
Returns will be accepted in unused and unopened packaging. We will notify you by email once we have received your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected after inspection. Final Sale items excluded.
Any defective or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded as an option to the customer.
